Splish Non-Dairy Splash

There are 11 grams of unhealthy fat in a milkshake (as much as a lean lambchop) ! A better way to get your juices flowing without milk fat?  Make a MILK-FREE FRUITSHAKE: Combine 1 cup each : grapefruit juice and ripe strawberries plus 1 cup coconut or almond milk, dash of honey or agave nectar , a few ice cubes.  Pop in blender and buzz til frothy.Two big low calorie low fat high antioxidant servings.
