onions, cabbage and celery

Forget an apple  day!  An onion a day can help to fend off stroke, while daily cabbage (sauerkraut or cabbage juice) can protect you from ulcers.  And juicing  celery with onion and cabbage  will clear your complexion and firm up collagen and elastin to prevent wrinkling.

The Shellfish-Sauerkraut Connection

A disease-free body is an alkaline body. And a good PH
level that gets you there is between 6.5 and 7.5. That means reduce the acid eats like coffee, white  bread and surprise, shellfish. And up the alkaline foods like leafy greens, berries and surprise, sauerkraut. Get your daily dose of fermented cabbage by topping your salad with a forkful of it, drained ad fluffed. Sauerkraut helps to recolonize the gut with good bacteria and helps prevent various forms of cancer.
