Do the Mashed Potato

Spuds are a nutritional goldmine. Rich in energizing complex carbohydrates, potassium, vitamin C and fiber for blood sugar and blood pressure control, they also supply protein, iron an vitamin B.  They're even good cosmetically.  Try this old-fashioned formula for keeping hands soft and white.  Boil potatoes util soft and mash with a little milk or yogurt until thick and creamy. Add a few drops of glycerin. Coat hands and massage daily. Formula keeps three days refrigerated.
