If you want to avoid breast cancer or want to avoid a recurrence, soy's your bean. According to the Shanghai Breast Cancer Survival Study which followed over 5,000 cancer survivors for 4 years, women who added 2 servings of soy to their meals were 30% less likely to succumb to the big C again.
